Owing to a highly irregular shaped land parcel, design reference lines (which were intersecting in nature) from the landscape (a landscape project done by us) were used for creating a concept for the project. As a result of juxtaposition of irregular shapes, the in-between spaces that were formed were used to bring sun-light and natural ventilation inside the building. 

The project has two auditoriums at multiple lower levels with capacities of 750 and 300 respectively with a convention center and multiple meeting / conference areas on lower and upper ground levels. Four floors above with an are of approximately 1.25 lac Sq Ft are occupied with library and academic block.
